Man, love these photoshop mashups! Trying to squeeze in as many people as possible haha! Apparently the German version has Cap at the back of Tony to make his shield less prominent. :p

Still, looking forward to this movie! Probably going to be darker than the 1st one.

Firstly, Happy Birthday to all! It's "Ren Ri" today, supposedly the day Humans were created. Interesting how the number 7 keeps popping up across different cultures!

Anyway, it's also back to work day! Not that i'm in much of a mood yet to work mind you haha.

Retro Playground!

Ahhh these were the playgrounds of my youth; no moulded plastic pieces or soft rubber mats. It was cold, hard concrete, metal, wood and sand... Oh that dreadful sand. Sometimes you could smell pee and sometimes, cats would use it as their open toilet.

But still, there was a charm to it, a uniqueness each one had, an experience each had to offer to a child.

MP-25 Tracks!

First look at Tracks! Ummm... Hard to say for now, but i guess it's ok so far? Best to wait for the painted version but at least it's a good look at how it'd turn out. :)

CNY Day 3

Day 3 of CNY! Went over to my mum's place for lunch with the family, gorged again on goodies as usual haha! Must have packed on a few kgs by now!

Compared to yesterday, it was slightly livelier around the streets, guess things are getting back to normal! ;p

TGIF! Uh, i guess? The second day is usually spent recovering from day one haha! After an onslaught of pineapple tarts, love letter, bakkwa and other goodies... I can feel the pounds slipping back haha!

In other news, it's kinda hazy over here again! Not the usual burning from Indo though, this time, it's apparently from a landfill in JB which caught fire duh.... what to do? :p It's also starting to get warmer again after the past few weeks being pretty cool and breezy.. no rain too.

Checkin out the HK417 sniper variant while my boy is with the HK416. The 417 had a schmidt and bender scope... And weighs a ton! The MP5 PDW was awesome too... Darn, wish we had airsoft here at least!

So looks like the rumored UCS TIE Fighter is for real! It was revealed during the weekends toy fair, and announced by LEGO shortly after....

1 week to CNY!

Gosh, i guess this month will fly by kinda quickly huh? Only 7 days to go! And it's the last weekend for anyone to complete their shopping too haha. Well, it all seems kinda rushed to me, but at least it has a nice 'energetic' atmosphere to it compared to X'mas, which has a kinda laid back feel to it... which i like of course! :D

Seriously, when i saw the headlines, my first thought was "WTH? threezero is now doing simpsons figures?" Then i realised ohhhhhh it's the APU from the Matrix haha. Honestly i wonder why they made it? It's a kinda bad design, exposing the operator like that haha!

Arcadia Macross Zero VF-0A/S

The VF-0D is coming out this month, well, looks like Arcadia's not one to let the chance to milk a mold go away haha! They're re-releasing new molds for the VF-0A and the VF-0S based off the newer VF-0D body. Looks sweet but price will be the deciding factor.

I wonder why takatomy has not made a Masterpiece Hound or Jazz yet? Although rumors are they are releasing a Tracks and Ironhide this year.

3P company's TFC and Maketoys are coming out with Hound figures... though i think Maketoys one wins by a longshot... but that's just me. :)

Whoa, we knew Hasbro renewed the Gobots license.... Interesting Bandai is releasing new versions? Gotta admit they look awesome :) will this make them less a second fiddle to Transformers?

CNY florist visit!

Man, my parents used to bring us to the florists along Thomson when we were kids; now i'm bringing mine haha! The atmosphere was pretty festive, lotsa people shopping for the new year plants or just soaking up the atmosphere like us. :)

Soap Studio Batman RC Tumbler!

Awesome! Honestly, never heard of Soap Studio before, but they're releasing a 1/12 scale Tumbler Radio Control car! There's two editions, i think the difference being the display base included. It has lights and all, plus a cockpit that can be opened via the controller (which is through any iOS or Android app apparently?) Cool.... :)

It's not gonna be cheap though! USD$699... and Falc's is PO'ing it for over a grand... :p

Bandai 1/48 X-wing "Moving" Edition

Looks like Bandai will release their new 1/48 X-wing come April? Apparently this kit will have LEDs/sounds/motors for the S-foils... interesting! What i really want is a decent A-wing or B-Wing though!
