On the topic of Transformers MP toys, there have been a spate of cheap MP's suddenly flooding the market (Not THOSE MP who we know are also cheap KO's). I think this started with the Tigertrack exclusive fig, which was rather abundant on the market, and which people noticed, had a pretty sloppy paint job.
Looks like that's not the only one, and it won't be the last, this is what happens when you place all your manufacturing facilities in one country and underpay the workers haha! Scary though, so please take note!

Gosh ! Put them side by side and can hardly tell the difference - apart from the obvious discoloration of the TF wordings !

ReplyDeleteAnother difference would be the markings at the back of the car... my KO version does not spell "Lamborghini" or "countach" accurately. The Reprolabels set for MP-14 can fix that for you. The imperfections in transformation on th head and torso can be fixed with a small scalpel. You can see my KO Red Alert (reprolabeled) here:
