So got my mitts on this guy, a repaint of wheeljack. But it was surrounded with contraversy cos of the Marlboro pattern which attracted the attention of some lawyers. Even after the change of the design slightly, it still never reached American shores and ended up being released only in Japan.
Makes one wonder why there was no such issue when the original diaclone version was released in this color way back :p
I like the colors, sharp and really stands out. His back story is apparently a poke at a certain cig company; exhaust is a heavy chain smoker or something haha!

ReplyDeleteHaha, preordered from falc's... but they didn't come through AGAIN. Didn't even bother informing that they can't meet the preorders WTF. Well, not the first time they've done this. But guess what, they actually HAD stock, and said i could have it at twice the price if i wanted... uh, no thanks.
