In response to the threat posed by North Korea, Japan has unveiled it's top secret project against the communist threat. "We were forced to speed up this project as the north korean's missile launches have destabilised the peace in the region" says Japan's Minister for Defence, General Amuro Rey.
Codenamed "GUNDAM", this 18m tall robot is poised to go active anytime soon, and hopefully will kick Kim Jong Il's keester into the next world! :p
... but seriously, check out the real thing here, it was built to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of Gundam... man, it'll be a sight for sore eyes!
