Sideshow Scout Trooper!

Wow, this was supposed to have been released ages ago? Apparently the west cost port strike delayed this and many other things... Like the Mcdonalds curry sauce and LJS fries haha!

Well, at least its here. Haven't opened it up to take a look but the detailing is pretty good! This trooper needs to wash his boots tho! The mid torso pouches are too clean though.. need some dirtying up for sure.

Tuesday!

Gawd, that's it for the long weekend? Flew by too fast! I think the only thing i enjoyed was the free travel on that day, but knowing the gahmen, they'll take back what they 'lost'. :p

Anywayz, on to more interesting topics! EP VII is only a couple of weeks away dammit. There's a new trailer out for Korea. New opening and some new music... man, pleaseeee dun screw it up! Well, there's always Rogue One to save it, and they've begun filming for it already! Finally a Star Wars TV series.... :p

PS. The new AT-AT's in the background look wierdddd.... enough with the apple inspired designs man.

Gundam Docks HongKong!

So awesome! After it's soujourn here in SG, the show's moved back to HK Times Square for a month! Got a friend over there getting some stuff back haha, at least the exclusives seem better then the HK one! Nice 1:1 scale Zaku head on display too. :)

A guide to Gundam!

Interesting article on Gundam, from an American perspective anyway. Gundam to me will always be the "Universal Century" timeline. The other shows in the series are like Star Wars Eps I-III to me; it's there but not necessarily good. At least they are separate timelines and not canon like the prequel trilogy. :p

I kinda agree on how most people think an 18m tall robot would just make a realllly big (and expensive) target. But the reasoning for it (if i remember correctly), was that 1) the armor on these machines were so thick most conventional weapons were like peashooters to it 2) the discovery of "Minovsky Particles" which rendered conventional communications and targeting systems useless.

So if you wanted to kill an 18m tall robot, you'd need another 18m tall (or bigger) robot haha.

August!

Oh gawd, we're in August already? Time flies, well, the National Day long weekends start this week... so short week for me wheee! Kinda lost interest in the parades for quite a while, although i'm sure the kiddies would enjoy it, and fireworks are always cool to see. :p

It's been rainy for the last 2 mornings, dammit, great time to stay in bed to sleep. Think the weather is going crazy though, before that the weather was blazing hot.
