Another big WTF again, what's THAT supposed to be? Ain't smoke cause it's holding it's shape and not dissapating AND it seems to be maintaining a consistent movement. Maybe something's cloaked IN or ABOVE the ring?

Yeah saw this video captured by a british 16 year old girl.. apparently no one has debunked this and it hasnt been labelled a fake yet... it kinda reminds me of that time I saw those weird fireball-like things last year.. those weren't like this black ring thingy but still the nature of it is similar somehow
