SPOILERS! : Warning in advance if you haven't seen the movie yet!
Ok, so how do i feel about the movie i was most looking forward to this year? Overall, pretty awesome! I think watching this movie is like seeing old friends; you already know them and you miss them, and you just wanna catch up and see how they are doing!
Joss Whedon has done a pretty stellar job in juggling the large cast of characters without anyone taking too much screen time. Although there is pretty much the usual action scenes throughout the movie, the focus this time is more on how the characters have developed between the first movie to now; Tony is still paranoid about the Alien invasion, Hawkeye has a hidden secret and the Widow has the hots for the doc... oh man. :p
I was worried about how the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver would fit into this story, but thankfully they are relevant to the plot without being 'overbearing'. Ultron turned out to be.... funnier than expected. The trailers don't really spoil much for the movie thankfully, in the trailers Ultron was oh so serious, but man, he's hilarious in the movie, i guess cos he's uh, a small part of Tony?
Nice cameos throughout, we get to see some familiar faces from past movies. Poor Warmachine can't get a break haha. I also noticed a lot of scenes from the trailers were not in the movie... guess will have to wait for the blu-ray!
I'll give this movie a 7.5/10. Good and entertaining definitely. But i still find the first movie slightly better!
Oh, there's a mid credits scene of a familiar face we've seen quite a few times already haha. :p
