Conviction!
Seriously, i thought the comic above was a joke about Splinter Cell : Conviction, but apparently it does happen IN the game itself! :)
Hehe, must try this out. ;)

Reach for the Stars!
Now THIS would be a great display piece for the house! Bandai released a diecast 1/144 scale model of Apollo, now, even at 1/144 scale, this thing is giganormous..
I mean, girls will REALLY be impressed when you bring them home to "See your big rocket" ;) It ain't come cheap though, costs roughly $800 bucks, but it's really sweet.

Newest iPhone model?
Wow, looks like someone from Apple actually 'lost' the prototype for the next iPhone! Haha, looks much better than the current gen, who knows if it can live up to expectations? Well, knowing apple, they'd probably silently assasinate the guy who dropped it. :) Maybe they'll ask Sam Fisher. ;)

Curry Raisu!
Had dinner on Friday at Somerset 313, Foodcourt at the top level. Tried out the Japanese Curry stall we passed by before, not as crowded now though, guess it's cos the basement foodcourt is open too!
Anyway, they sell ramen, curry rice and other japanese food. Had the Pork Katsu curry, which comes in "3 classes"; economy, business and first class, which is basically the amount of rice you get. :p
Anyway, the curry was ok, the pork cutlet though, was kinda thin and small. Worth it? Nah. The curry pork Katsu at Shokudo was much better, albeit so salty it made you thirsty! :p
Clash of the Titans!
Caught the 2010 remake of the 1981 film "Clash of the Titans" during the week, thankfully i didn't pay any more for the 3D version as i heard it was kinda crap.
Truthfully, i found the 1981 version much better; the new one is a good homage to the old film, but i found it too rushed, and the character development was non- existent.
The skinny white "end of the world" guy really bugged me, wtf was he in the film for? Just to irritate people? He acted like a drugged out hippie if you ask me. And perseus had too many companions (who didn't last too long)...
Well, an entertaining show for sure, but not a classic. I remember how the stop motion Medusa freaked me out as a kid.. now THAT's frightening.. in some ways it still scares me more than CG stuff. :)
